Bio: SSEAYP International General Assembly (SIGA) is an annual event organized by SSEAYP International (SI) where all ex-participants of the Ship for Southeast Asia-Japan Youth Program (SSEAYP gathers as part of the SSEAYP post program activity. Each year countries involved takes turn to host this event, which is usually held in late April. The 27th SIGA will be hosted by Vietnam Alumni Club of Youth Frienship Programs (VACYF Vietnam). This would be the 2nd times that Vietnam hosts this event. The program will be held in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam and Ha Long Bay, one of the World's 7 new wonders.
