SIGA VIETNAM 2015

Hiện tại, danh sách đăng ký tham gia SIGA Việt Nam 2015 đã lên tới hơn 150 người. Vì vậy, để tạo điều kiện cho đại biểu Việt Nam có thể tham gia và giao lưu với PYs các năm của mình, Ban Tổ chức xin thông báo lệ phí tham gia chương trình SIGA một cách linh hoạt hơn, cụ thể như sau:

1. Full fee: 250 USD, bao gồm toàn bộ chi phí ăn, ở, đi lại tại Hà Nội và TP. HCM và đón tiễn sân bay ngày đến, ngày đi giống như tất cả các đại biểu quốc tế.

2. Partial fee:

– Partial fee 1: 3,000,000 VND: Toàn bộ chi phí giống như full fee, nhưng trừ chi phí ở tại Hà Nội và đón tiễn sân bay ngày đến, ngày đi.

– Partial fee 2: 1,500,000 VND: Dành cho đại biểu ko tham gia chương trình ở Quảng Ninh, chỉ tham gia chương trình ở Hà Nội. Đối với chương trình ở Hà Nội ko bao gồm chi phí ở và đón tiễn sân bay.

– Partial fee 3: 1,000,000 VND: Giống như partial fee 2, trừ chi phí tham quan tại Hà Nội (Múa rối nước, Văn Miếu Quốc Tử Giám và 1 số điểm tham quan khác), tức là bao gồm: Tiệc chiêu đãi đón đoàn, tiệc chia tay, tham gia Đại hội, các bữa ăn tại Hà Nội.

Trên đây là các phương án tham gia chương trình SIGA 2015. Để tạo cơ hội cho các đại biểu tham gia chương trình, Ban Tổ chức gia hạn đăng ký dành cho đại biểu Việt Nam: Hết ngày 10/4/2015.

+ Nộp phí tham gia: Đề nghị các Ex-VPYs nộp lệ phí tham gia chương trình như sau:
Đối với PYs tại Hà Nội, đề nghị đến Ban Quốc tế TWĐ, p305, 62 Bà Triệu nộp trực tiếp cho đ/c Trần Hoài Minh và nhận biên lai thu tiền.
Đối với PYs ngoài Hà Nội, đề nghị nộp tiền qua tài khoản ngân hàng Vietcombank, chi nhánh Khâm Thiên Hà Nội của đ/c Trần Hoài Minh: 0011004107603, khi đến tham gia chương trình sẽ nhận biên lai thu tiền.

SIGA 2014 Vietnam Participants are limited to

– Ex-PYs/ Ex-NLs/ Ex-Facilitators of SSEAYP

– Families members and friends of Ex-PYs/ Ex-NLs/ Ex-Facilitators of SSEAYP

– Host Parents of SSEAYP and their family members who live together

Registration Form:

1. Participants are requested to fill out all fields in the Registration Form.

SSEAYP Alumni Association (AA) Section: to be completed by AA President

2. Participants are requested to submit the completed Registration Form with their passport photocopy and make payment to their respective AA before March 31, 2015.

• 250 USD/person (single occupation surcharge is 40 USD/person/night)
• 150 USD for children under 12 years old

–  The  accommodations during  the  SIGA 2015 Vietnam from April 23 to April 26, 2015 (Check-in on April 23 after 10.00 and check-out on April 26, 2015 before 12.00)

– Local  transportation during the program in Hanoi and Quang Ninh province; from  Noibai  International  Airport – Hotel  –  Airport.

–  Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee break)

–  Entrance tickets to institutional / cultural visits

–  Workshop

* Those who participate in the SIGA are requested to arrive at Noi Bai International airport no later than 15:00 on April 21.

4. SCA Registration Fee Covers:

• 90 USD/person (single occupation surcharge is 40 USD/person/night)

–  The  accommodations during  the  SCA 2015 Vietnam from April 21 to April 23, 2015 (Check-in on April 21 after 10.00)

– Local  transportation during the program; from  Noibai  International  Airport – Hotel  –  Airport.

–  Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee break)

–  Homestay program

–  Material and equipments use during SCA

* Those who participate in the Social Contribution Activities are requested to arrive at Noi Bai International airport no later than 15:00 on April 21.

5. Participants are responsible for the personal expenses:

– Visa fee, bank charges or transfee fee for the registration fee payment to your respective Alumni Association.

– Medical  and  surgical treatment (if  needed),

– Travel insurance

– During the stay in Vietnam: Telephone calls, laundry chardes, room services, transportation other than that the committee provide and other incidents that the participants make.

6. AA President or Head of Delegation is requested to arrive at Noi Bai International airport no later than 14:00 on April 23 to attend the COP meeting.

Others: 

7. Accommodation (including homestay) before and after the program should be arranged by participants themselves.
8. Those who arrive earlier or extend their stay should arrange transportation to/from Noi Bai International airport on their own.
